Focusing and pétanque

Pétanque (pèd tangua = planted feet), a traditional game of boules in the south of France, is the 11th most practiced sport in France.

With Focusing, it is possible to connect to the slightest gesture: to let oneself be guided by the felt sense to adjust one’s shot, to center oneself, to aim, to throw, to find oneself.

Dr in psychology, IFEF founder, he has been practicing focusing for 40 years. He is IFEF’s training director. He is interested in Rogers’ philosophy and Gendlin’s Focusing approach. He makes connections with eastern philosophy.
